【摘要】:Samplingisasimportantastesting,andprecautionsshallbetakentoobtainsamplestoshowthetruenatureandconditionofthematerials.Samplesaretakenforeitherofthefollowingtwopurposes:3.2.1Torepresentasnearlyaspossibleanaverageofthebulkofthematerialssampled,or3.2.2Toascertainthemaximumvariationincharacteristicswhichthematerialpossesses.1.1Thispracticeappliestothesamplingofbituminousmaterialsatpointsofmanufacture,storage,ordelivery.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
