【摘要】:ThisCodeisintendedtoserveasthebasisforstateandlocaljurisdictionalauthoritiesinadoptingretroactiverequirementsforexistingelevatorsandescalatorstoenhancethesafetyofthegeneralpublic.Itisalsointendedasastandardreferenceofsafetyrequirementsfortheguidanceofarchitects,engineers,insurancecompanies,manufacturers,andcontractors,andasastandardofsafetypracticesforbuildingownersandmanagersofstructureswhereexistingelevatorequipmentcoveredinthescopeoftheCodeisused.ThepurposeofthisCodeistoestablishminimumrequirementsthatwillprovideareasonabledegreeofsafetyforthegeneralpublic.Whilemanyoftheserequirementswillalsoincreasethedegreeofsafetyfortheelevatormechanicandinspector,thisareahasnotbeenspecificallyaddressedatthistime.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforcharacterizingthedynamicbehaviourofthestructureofatrackrelativetoitscontributiontothesoundradiationassociatedwiththerollingnoise.ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesamethodfor:a)acquiringdataonmechanicalfrequencyresponsefunctionsonatrack;b)processingmeasurementdatainordertocalculateanestimateofthevibrationdecayratesalongtherailsinanaudiblefrequencyrangeassociatedwiththerollingnoise;c)presentingthisestimateforcomparisonwiththelowerlimitsofthedecayrates.Itisapplicableforevaluatingtheperformanceofsectionsofreferencetracksformeasuringrailwayvehiclenoisewithintheframeworkofofficialapprovaltests.ThemethodisnotapplicableforcharacterizingthevibrationbehaviouroftracksonIoadbearingstructuressuchasbridgesorembankments.
