本标准规定了符合GB 3174—1995《PAL—D 制电视广播技术规范》的VHF、UHF 电视发射机的技术指标和测量方法。对于能确保同样测量准确度的任何等效测量方法也可以应用，有争议时应以本标准为准。

【摘要】:Thisstandarddescribesdesignandperformancerequirementsalongwithtestingmethodsforevaluatingradiationdetectioninstrumentsthatarepocket-sizedandwornonthebodyforthepurposeofrapiddetectionandidentificationofradioactivematerials.Theperformancerequirementscontainedinthisstandardaremeanttoprovideameansforverifyingthecapabilityoftheseinstrumentstoreliablydetectchangesabovebackgroundlevelsofradiation,notifytheusertothesechanges,andprovideameanstodetermineifthealarmwascausedbyaradionuclideofinterestthatmayrequirefurtherevaluation.Thesedevicesarenotprimarilyintendedtoprovideameasurementofdose-equivalentrate.However,theirindicationcanprovideanapproximatevalueofexposureratethatshouldbereasonablyaccurate.TheyarealsonotmeanttoprovideradionuclideidentificationatthesamelevelasradionuclideidentificationdetectorsdefinedinANSIN42.34.1Successfulcompletionofthetestsdescribedinthisstandardshouldnotbeconstruedasanabilitytoidentifyallradionuclidesinallenvironments.
