【摘要】:Thesepracticescoverproceduresfortheforceverification,bymeansofstandardcalibrationdevices,oftensionorcompression,orboth,staticorquasi-statictestingmachines(whichmay,ormaynot,haveforce-indicatingsystems).Thesepracticesarenotintendedtobecompletepurchasespecificationsfortestingmachines.Testingmachinesmaybeverifiedbyoneofthethreefollowingmethodsorcombinationthereof:Useofstandardweights,Useofequal-armbalancesandstandardweights,orUseofelasticcalibrationdevices.Note1--Thesepracticesdonotcovertheverificationofalltypesoftestingmachinesdesignedtomeasureforces,forexample,theconstant-rate-of-loadingtypewhichoperatesontheinclined-planeprinciple.ThistypeofmachinemaybeverifiedasdirectedintheapplicableappendixofSpecificationD76.Theproceduresofapplytotheverificationoftheforce-indicatingsystemsassociatedwiththetestingmachine,suchasascale,dial,markedorunmarkedrecorderchart,digitaldisplay,etc.Inallcasesthebuyer/owner/usermustdesignatetheforce-indicatingsystem(s)tobeverifiedandincludedinthereport.Sinceconversionfactorsarenotrequiredinthispractice,eitherinch-poundunits,SIunits,ormetricvaluescanbeusedasthestandard.Forcesindicatedondisplays/printoutsoftestingmachinedatasystems-betheyinstantaneous,delayed,stored,orretransmitted-whichareverifiedwithprovisionsof,andarewithinthe1%accuracyrequirement,complywithPracticesE4.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO4263specifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheageingbehaviourofhydraulicfluidsofcategoryHFCasdefinedinISO6743-4(see[2]intheBibliography)andspecifiedinISO12922(see[3]intheBibliography].Theageingisacceleratedbythepresenceofoxygen,waterandmetalcatalystsatelevatedtemperature,andthedegradationofthefluidisfollowedbychangesinpHvalueandinsolublescontent.OtherpartsofISO4263specifysimilarproceduresforthedeterminationoftheageingbehaviourofmineraloilsandspecifiedcategoriesoffire-resistantfluidsusedinhydraulicandotherapplications.NOTEForthepurposesofthispartofISO4263,theterm"%(m/m)"isusedtorepresentthemassfractionofamaterial.
