【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandard,appliedtogetherwithEN1553:1999,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofmounted,semi-mounted,trailedorself-propelledfertilizerdistributorsforsolidfertilizerapplication,i.e.fullwidthsolidfertilizerdistributors,solidfertilizerbroadcasters,distributorswithoscillatingtubeandline-distributorsaswellassolidfertilizerdistributorsdrivenbyanauxiliaryenginetobeusedbyoneoperatoronly,usedinagriculture,horticultureandinforestry.Inaddition,thisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.WhenrequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardaredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinEN1553:1999therequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardtakeprecedenceovertherequirementsofEN1553:1999formachinesthathavebeendesignedandbuiltaccordingtotheprovisionsofthisEuropeanStandard.Itdoesnotapplyto:--combinedseedandfertilizerdrills;--machinesfordistributinggranulatedpesticides;--pedestriancontrolleddistributors;--knapsackdistributors.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttosolidfertilizerdistributors,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4),exceptingthehazardsarisingfrom:--inadequatelightingofmoving/workingarea;--inadequatevisibilityfromdrivers/operatorsposition;--inadequateseating;--travellingfunctions(drive,brakingetc.);--rollingover;--equipmentforloadingfertilizerintothemachine;--anauxiliaryengine.Itisnotapplicabletoelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)nortoenvironmentalhazards(exceptnoise).TheseaspectsarecoveredbyEN13739-1:2003,EN13739-2:2003,EN13740-1:2003andEN13740-2:2003.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletosolidfertilizerdistributorswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
