【摘要】:ThispartofISO1452specifiesthecharacteristicsofvalvesmadefromunplasticizedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-U)forpipingsystemsintendedforwatersupplyandforburiedandabove-grounddrainageandsewerageunderpressure.ItalsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhispartofISO1452.InconjunctionwithISO1452-1,ISO1452-2,ISO1452-3andISO1452-5itisapplicabletoPVC-UvalveswithcomponentsofPVC-U,otherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforthefollowing:a)watermainsandservicesburiedinground;b)conveyanceofwaterabovegroundforbothoutsideandinsidebuildings;c)buriedandabove-grounddrainageandsewerageunderpressure.Itisapplicabletovalvesinpipingsystemsintendedforthesupplyofwaterunderpressureuptoandincluding25°C(coldwater)intendedforhumanconsumptionandforgeneralpurposesaswellasforwastewaterunderpressure.ThispartofISO1452isalsoapplicabletovalvesfortheconveyanceofwaterandwastewateruptoandincluding45°C.Fortemperaturesbetween25°Cand45°C,FigureA.1ofISO1452-2:2009applies.NOTE1Theproducerandtheend-usercancometoagreementonthepossibilitiesofusefortemperaturesabove45°Conacase-by-casebasis.ThispartofISO1452isapplicabletovalvesofthefollowingtypes:-valvesforsolventcementing;-valvesforelastomericringsealjoints;-valvesforflangedjoints.NOTE2Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.
