【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthedeterminationofheatstabilityofsteamturbineshaftsandrotorforgingstoensurestabilityatoperatingtemperature.Thisspecificationisnotordinarilyapplicabletogeneratorrotorforgings.1.2Thisspecificationisexpressedinbothinch-poundunitandinSIunits;however,unlessthepurchaseorderorcontractspecifiestheapplicableMspecificationdesignation(SIunits),theinch-poundunitsshallapply.Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthespecification,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththestandard.1.3Supplementaryrequirementsofanoptionalnatureareprovidedforuseattheoptionofthepurchaser.Thesupplementaryrequirementsshallapplyonlywhenspecifiedindividuallybythepurchaserinthepurchaseorderorcontract.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
